About Us

Welcome!

This is The New Palestine Post, your independent source for news and stories you won’t read in the mainstream media.

We report on what is happening in Gaza and the West Bank, and we amplify Palestinian voices from across the world. Our focus is simple. Tell the truth. Provide context. Center Palestinian lives and experiences that are too often ignored, distorted, or erased.

We examine developments as they unfold and document realities on the ground. Through articles, reports, and in-depth features, we offer a clear and contextual understanding of Palestine and its people.

Why ‘The New Palestine Post”

The Palestine Post was an English-language newspaper founded in 1932 during the British Mandate. It initially reported from a Mandate Palestine perspective. After Israel’s creation in 1948, it re-branded as The Jerusalem Post in 1950, and adopted a clear pro-Israel editorial line.

This renaming wasn’t just cosmetic. It signaled a realignment of narrative and ideology, aligning with the Zionist state-building project and gradually sidelining Palestinian perspectives.

What could have remained a platform for Palestine instead became a voice for the new Israeli state. The result was a lasting gap in Palestinian-centered journalism in the English language.

The New Palestine Post exists to fill that gap. It reclaims the Palestinian voice. It is honest, independent, and unapologetically Palestinian.
